Samsung Helmet of Hope Fan Submission

The Samsung Helmet of Hope program focuses on helping children in need in the United States. Organizations that are nominated must have a specific program(s) that focuses on children.

Please be sure your nomination explains

1) Why this children's charity is important to you and

2) Why it should be featured on Jimmie's helmet

If the organization you are nominating does not serve children exclusively, please list the designated children's program you would like to nominate in the appropriate box on the submission form. For example, an individual nominating the American Diabetes Association might list ADA Summer Camps in the Designated Children's Program box.

Individuals may only submit one entry. Once an entry has been received, it will remain in the submission pool through the duration of the program.
